SUNY Adirondack is seeking help from above for a more sustainable future.

Last Thursday, the community college’s board of trustees passed a resolution to negotiate a contract with SoCore Energy for a project which could save the college over $2.44 million in the next two decades.

Along with saving money, the project would also help save non-renewable energy. About 30 percent of college’s energy would come from renewable resources.
