SUNY Student Assembly will walk to save lives and bring hope to those affected by suicide in Saratoga.

Participating in the Out of the Darkness walk on Sept. 25, SUNY Student Assembly hopes to raise $1,500. This year, about 250,000 people will participate in walks across the country aimed at suicide prevention.

“Everyone knows someone who’s life has been impacted by mental illness, and it’s never been more important for us to support one another while pursing our education,” said SUNY Student Assembly Vice President Bridget Doyle. “SUNYSA is proud to participate in such an important fundraiser.”
